How fast can I go live?

Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card: your store, point of sale and orders are free for as long as you like. When you want the AI inbox, message us on WhatsApp and we set up your plan.
What are AI credits?
Credits measure AI work only: replies, images, ads and analysis. Simple replies use few credits; deep analysis and image generation use more. Everything else in your store is not metered.
Will the AI change my store without asking?
Brain proposes the important actions, such as refunds, campaigns and theme changes, and waits for your approval. You can undo changes from a timeline. For customer chats you choose between suggest-only and autopilot, and Omni hands over to a person when it is unsure.
How does WhatsApp connect?
Through Meta's official sign-up for the WhatsApp Business platform. Message fees are billed by Meta directly to your own account, so they are never a Juud charge.
Can I keep my WhatsApp number?
