Do I need an online store?
No. Juud Inbox is the inbox and the AI agent on their own. If you add a store later, your chats and customers come with you.
Which channels can I connect?
WhatsApp plus one more channel on Juud Inbox: Instagram, Messenger, TikTok or email. More channels come with the larger plans.
What does the agent answer from?
From the questions and answers you write. If a question isn't covered, it tells the customer a team member will reply and passes the chat on.
Does it speak Arabic?
Yes. It replies in Gulf Arabic or English, in the language each customer writes in.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages?
Meta bills message fees directly to your own WhatsApp Business account. They are never a Juud charge.
